Snyder, CCIM as a full service real estate company specializing in retail leasing & property management services in the greater Northwest Florida and Mobile, Alabama area markets. Since then, the company continues to grow and is affiliated with ABC Properties/ ABC Ventures, (abcmgmt.net) New York, New York. Partners include Arthur B Cornfeld, David R. Topping and Alan E. Fisher of Fisher Associates. Their portfolio of properties owned and managed nationally exceeds 15,000 apartments, shopping centers, enclosed malls, warehouses and office buildings.

Trademark Properties is also affiliated with Myles Wilkinson of Corporate Property Group, Inc., (www.corporatepropertygroup.com) Melbourne, Florida. In 2002, Todd Snyder and Myles Wilkinson co-founded Retail Acquisition Group, Inc. which develops & owns shopping centers, shadow anchor strip centers and peripheral mall projects in the Southeast with national & regional tenants including BI-LO, Best Buy, AT&T, Verizon, Starbucks, T-Mobile, Chick-fil-A, PetsMart, Chili's, The Vitamin Shoppe, Portrait Innovation, Dollar Tree, Catherine's, Firehouse Subs and others.

In 2005, Todd Snyder and Myles Wilkinson, along with Martin Fridy, co-founded Magnolia Property Group, Inc. (www.magnoliapropertygroup.com) Greenville, South Carolina, which is a full service real estate company specializing in development project management, retail development and property management in the North & South Carolina markets.

Todd H. Snyder, Trademark Properties' President, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida & Alabama since 1993, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Education - James Madison University - Bachelor of Business Arts in Finance with real estate minor, 1984. Todd is a member of Rotary International (since 1991), serves as a Board of Director of the YMCA , and is active in several community organizations in the Pensacola, Florida area.

Allan Bell is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida & Alabama since 1997 and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He serves on the Board of Directors for the American Association of General Contractors (AGC) and is Chairman of the Government and Legislative Affairs Committee for AGC . Education - University of West Florida - Bachelor of Business Management and Administration, 1998. Allan has developed storage facilities, residential sub-divisions and commercial income producing properties in the Southeast. He has received numerous awards for his sales accomplishments and is active in many non-profit organizations in the greater Pensacola area community.

Buffy Southern is the company's property manager and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida & Alabama. Education - University of West Florida - Bachelor of Business Management and Administration, 2001.
